Returns and Refunds
Customers can return diamonds within 90 (ninety) days of receipt. Customers must inform Calderoni in writing, providing their personal details and the Delivery Letter that certifies the date of receipt of the diamonds. This notification may be made by e-mail to contact@calderoni.com or by registered letter with return receipt to Calderoni - C.D. S.p.A. - Via Montenapoleone 10 - 20121, Milano. Calderoni will confirm receipt of the customer’s notification of withdrawal within five (5) working days. In the event of withdrawal, the customer will not be charged for returning the diamond, provided it is delivered intact, in its packaging, with the relevant certificate, and in the same condition as when it was received. Otherwise, re-certification and re-sealing costs will be applied to the customer. If the diamond has been tampered with, the customer will be held directly responsible. Reimbursement will take place by bank transfer within (5) five working days, after the diamond is returned to our offices.

Any complaints relating to the diamond purchased should be forwarded directly by e-mail to contact@calderoni.com or by registered letter with return receipt to Via Montenapoleone 10 - 20121, Milano.
