    The limit is determined by the quantity of stones available in stock. It is always possible to request one or more stones not available through the specific "Request" function.

  • When is the purchase confirmed?

    The purchase procedure starts when we receive the identification details of the customer or beneficiary and terminates when we received the relating payment by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer the customer must made the payment within (5) five working days. When the payment is received Calderoni will finalize the order and the delivery. If we do not receive payment by the agreed date, the order is automatically cancelled.

    Your diamond will be delivered with a certificate that attests to its authenticity. These certificates are issued by leading international gemological institutes. For more information, please refer to the 'Certification' section.

  • How can I return a diamond?

    Customers can return diamonds within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Customers must inform Calderoni in writing, providing their personal details and the Delivery Letter that certifies the date of receipt of the diamonds. This notification may be made by e-mail to info@calderoni.com or by registered letter with return receipt to Calderoni - C.D. S.p.A. - Via Montenapoleone 10 - 20121, Milano. Calderoni will confirm receipt of the customer’s notification of withdrawal within five (5) working days. In the event of withdrawal, the customer will not be charged for returning the diamond, provided it is delivered intact, in its packaging, with the relevant certificate, and in the same condition as when it was received. Otherwise, re-certification and re-sealing costs will be applied to the customer. If the diamond has been tampered with, the customer will be held directly responsible. Reimbursement will take place by bank transfer within (5) five working days, after the diamond is returned to our offices.

    No, you will not be charged if you return the items in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. sealed and with the relating certifications. Otherwise, youwill be charged re-certification and re-sealing costs.
